Iraq Programme Intern - Immediate Start
In 2006, CARA launched its Iraq Programme, including Fellowship and Hardship Schemes to run in parallel with its Core UK Grants Programme. The Iraq Programme has enabled CARA not only to assist Iraqi academics who have sought refuge in the UK since 2003, but to reach out to those who fled to neighbouring countries or who remain at risk in Iraq.

The Iraq Programme Intern will be responsible for supporting CARA’s Deputy Executive Secretary in all activities relating to the Iraq Programme. CARA was recently awarded a grant to set up a project operating out of the Middle East. This is therefore an opportunity to play a central role in the development of an exciting new initiative.

This is a full-time internship for 3 months.
